OYO Flagship Hotel Rishabh Inn Noida's Finest

"I am traveling from hyderabad since morning 9am and reached this hotel now. I cane for a training and I already booked my room and paid 25% payment and its fro. Corporate office they will pay balance. Now its already my Office is closed for the day and this people are not allowing me with the room and very rude to leave the hotel. I requested them to give me tomorrow morning until 10am and pay the balance. Its really very worst."

"Very unprofessional staff. Very rude behaviour. Denied online booking at first but when pushed little harder then they denied basis on of us was not carrying a valid ID. I mean a lady of 56 yo staying with her son who has his id in hard copy was not allowed checking in. She climbed 3 floors because the hotel staff had shut down the elevator. I mean guys why are you in hospitality business when you don’t know the real meaning hospitality. Also, when you did not have the rooms then why the booking wasn’t blocked??? Please viewers don’t rely on hotel like this. No, wonder they take bookings only via OYO😜"
